(February 13, 2022) – Evelin Lanthaler and Alex Gruber cruised to victory in the team competition, beating Austria by nearly a full second.
Both Lanthaler and Gruber had the quick time of their respective legs to give them gold. Tina Unterberger and Michael Scheikl, both medalists in their respective singles races, finished in second place, just ahead of Ekaterina Lavrenteva and Aleksandr Egorov in third.
Germany’s Lisa Walch and Simon Deitz finished fourth, with Ukraine, Slovakia, and Poland rounding out the field.
