(February 6, 2022) – The doubles luge event is the third and penultimate luge race of the 2022 Olympic sliding sport program with 17 doubles teams set to take the ice for the first run of the competition.
The two-heat format for the race is as follows:
Run 1 – Teams go from start order 1-17
Run 2 – Teams start in reverse order from the first run finishing order
Here is the start list for the competition, with FIL Rankings based off of the nine two-heat World Cup races. Sprint rankings are omitted as it was not used in Olympic qualifying.
