Netlaus was over .3 quicker over two heats than Germany’s Stefan Röttig. Röttig had the quick start in both heats on his way to his bronze medal.
Ludwig Mannhard finished fourth for Germany, while teammate Cedric Renner helped put three Germans in thet op five with his fifth place effort. Dmitry Knysh rounded out the top six.
Hunter Williams scored his first career European Cup top ten with a tenth place finish. He found himself sandwiched between two British sliders, with Jacob Salisbury in ninth and Ronnie Wells in 11th. Patrick Atkin rounded out the British effort in 23rd.
