Li Wins 4th Straight EC Skeleton Race

(November 20, 2021) – Yuxi Li won her fourth straight European Cup women’s skeleton race to start the 2021/2022 season.

LI was the quickest in both heats, and set the two fastest runs of the race on her way to a .25 second victory over Germany’s Sarah Wimmer.

China put two sleds in the top three, with Yanqi Zhu finishing third.

The United States put Mystique Ro in fourth, ahead of Russia’s Polina Tiurina and Anastasiia Tsyganova in fourth and fifth.

USA’s Michelle Toukan finished 16th
