From Whistler, CAN
(November 14, 2021) – Aylsia Rissling won the third two-woman race of the North American Cup in Whistler, giving her a sweep of the women’s bobsled program to start the season.
In the previous two-woman races, Rissling had won by a total of .06 seconds. In the third race it was a relative blowout, with Rissling setting the two quickest times in the race on her way to a .73 second victory over Brittany Reinbolt.
The gold for Rissling was her sixth in six races split between women’s monobob and two-woman to start the season.
Reinbolt medaled in all three two-woman bobsled races.
Jazmine Fenlator-Victorian finished third as the only other sled to score a time.
