(May 18, 2022) – With the Winter Olympics just under 300 days away, the competition schedule for the Games is just about worked out. So let’s take a look at what’s happening when in Beijing and if you want to bet on any event, you can click 얀카지노.
Like most things in life, this schedule is subject to change.
Luge
Like in Pyeongchang, the Olympic sliding program will kick off with luge on February 5, the day after the Opening Ceremonies. The first five days of action will all just have two heats, with men going first, then women’s luge and finally the two-heat doubles event, with every day starting sometime between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. The final luge event, the Team Relay, will be the only luge event contested on ice that was competed on earlier in the day, with men’s skeleton going off in the morning, but finishing up nearly 10 hours prior to the start of the relay.
Skeleton
Men’s and women’s skeleton will also have a familiar feel to it, with the men’s competition starting things off on February 10 at 9:30 AM local time with their first two heats. Their second two heats will be in the evening, as the women will take over the morning slot on February 11, also off at 9:30 AM. The women’s medal run will conclude the three days of skeleton action in the evening of February 12.
Bobsled
The most notable change on the Olympic sliding schedule comes with the addition of monobob onto the schedule. Women’s monobob will be the first bobsled race held in the 2022 Olympic Games, with the first two runs to be held on February 13 at 9:30 AM local time (prime time in North America). The final two runs will be held the next day, also at 9:30 AM, with the opening two runs for two-man bobsled held that evening, currently set to start at 8:05 PM local time. The final two runs of two-man will be held the next night just after 8:00 PM.
As is tradition, there will be two days without competition on the Yanqing Sliding Centre to allow for training runs, this time for both four-man bobsled and women’s bobsled, which was moved back on the calendar with the addition of monobob. The women’s event is set to start at 8:00 PM local time on both Friday (February 14) and Saturday (February 15).
Four-man bobsled will, as it always does, finish out the sliding sport portion of the Olympic Games on that Saturday and Sunday, with both days set to start at 9:30 AM local time.
