FIBT World Cup – Round 7 – Women’s Bobsled

From Whistler, Canada

Canada’s Olympic gold medal pilot wins gold again in Whistler.  Kaillie Humphries took her Canada I sled down the track with two quick times, edging out the Germany II sled of Kiriasis.  Helen Upperton takes third in her return to World Cup sliding.

“All you can do is keep moving ahead regardless of what happens, and hopefully finish ahead,” said Humphries of her slide.

Bree Schaaf leads the American charge with an 8th place finish, while Gruebel’s USA II sled finishes 11th and Hill’s USA III sled sets the 14th place pace.
