The first heat of this morning’s Women’s Bobsled race seemed as though things couldn’t get any tighter. Once the second heat concluded, there was one standout sled and a pack of sleds behind it.
The team of Martini/Wiacker were the quickest in both heats. Behind them, there was a tie for silver between the SUI 1 sled of Meyer/Schenk and the CAN 1 sled of Humphries/Baadsvik.
Elana Meyers finishes fifth after a disappointing second run, while Jazmine Fenlator leaves Germany having finished 12th, and Bree Schaaf finishes 15th after a solid week last week.
