More of the same from Men’s Skeleton, with Martins Dukurs setting the fast pace once again. This time it’s just .29 back to Alexander Tretiakov from Russia. Tomass Dukurs is right there in third, while two Germans in Gassner and Kroeckel round out the top five.
Also more of the same weather-wise. Earlier in the day, the Women’s first run was canceled. The weather held up enough to get their second run in, and the full first Men’s run. A hold was placed on the track halfway through the second set of runs, as John Daly had to wait for a track hold due to weather. He made his run (sub-par by his standards), and within another slider, the track was placed on a hold, and eventually the second run was canceled.
