It was looking like a German sweep of the podium, but a dredful second run by Germany II moved USA III and Austria I into a tie for the bronze medal. Germany III and Germany I take the gold and silver medals.
American pilots Jazmine Fenlator and Bree Schaaf led their sleds to 11th and 12th place finshes, respectively.
