(January 11, 2025) – Kris Horn slid to victory in the fifth North American Cup four-man race of the season.
Horn, Adrian Adams, Josh Williamson, and Hunter Powell had the quick start in both heats, as well as the quick downtime on their way to gold, .17 ahead of Edson Bindilatti.
Binilatti’s team gave him the second quickest start in both heats. In the first run, Bindilatti found himself in fourth place, .17 back. But his second run matched Horn’s second downtime, tied for the quickest, and that was enough to move up to second.
Youngjin Suk finished third, .34 back.
Jay Dearborn moved up from fifth to fourth in the second heat, with Geoff Gadbois fifth. Canada’s Cyrus Gray rounded out the top six.
