(November 30, 2023) – Natasha Khytrenko and Viktoriia Koval slid to victory in the women’s doubles Junior World Cup opener.
The duo beat out Canadians Embyr-Lee Susko and Beattie Podulsky by over three seconds to win gold after the Canadian duo had trouble in their first run.
Germany’s Elisa Marie Storch and Pauline Patz led after one heat, but crashed in their second run to give the Ukrainians the victory.
