(December 4, 2022) – Youngjin Suk won the fifth race of the IBSF North American Cup four-man season, edging out Brazil’s Edson Bindilatti for gold.
The South Korean team carried a .06 second advantage into the second heat of competition. On the second run the Brazilians out-started the Koreans and had the quick downtime, but were edged out by .03 over two heats.
Pat Norton led his team to a third lace finish, while Zach Snyder finished fourth on the strength of a push by bobsled legend Bryan Berghorn.
