From Igls, AUT
Feb. 19, 2021 – Russia’s Evgeniy Rukosuev edged out Italy’s Amedeo Bagnis to win gold in the European Cup finale in Igls.

Alexander Schlintner could only muster the third qiuckest time of the heat to drop out of the lead and into third.
The win for Rukosuev came in his first European Cup start in two years and was his third straight victory on the EC tour. For Bagnis, the silver medal is his fourth straight medal on the back end of three straight golds.
