From Calgary, CAN
(Jan. 12, 2019) – Geoff Gadbois came from behind to win North American Cup 4-man gold in Calgary.
The American came into the second heat in third place behind teammate Hunter Church and Great Britain’s Lamin Deen, who were tied for the lead after one run.
On the second run, Gadbois was .08 quicker than anyone else, which was enough to win gold.
Church finished second, just .02 off the pace set by Gadbois, while Deen finished third.

With his third place finish, Lamin Deen moved within two points of Chris Spring, who finished fourth. The final North American Cup 4-man race of the season will take place on Sunday, January 13. Regardless of who wins the 4-man title, Spring has clinched the combined (2 and 4-man combined) title.
