(Dec. 2, 2018) – Hunter Church and Chris Spring battled to the hundredth of a second in NAC 4-man action, with Church coming out on top.
USA’s Church and Canada’s Spring tied for the fast run in the first heat in Lake Placid. On the second run they were once again neck and neck, with Church beating Spring by .01 to take gold. Spring held on for second, while Great Britain’s Lamin Deen finished third, only .11 off the pace set by Church.
Brad Hall finished fourth, just .04 out of the medals. The USA’s Geoff Gadbois and Bryan Berghorn rounded out the field.
