(Dec. 15, 2017) Christin Senkel continued her fantastic 2017/2018 IBSF European Cup season with a win in La Plagne.
The German was fastest in both heats to beat Maria Constantin of Romania by .99 of a second, with Laura Nolte finishing third.
The win for Senkel was her second gold medal of the season and fifth medal in six events.
Qing Ying of China finished fourth, with Kristi Koplin of the United States and Martina Fontanive of Switzerland rounding out the top six.
