(Nov. 25, 2017) The German duo of Toni Eggert & Sascha Benecken won their second doubles World Cup event in as many races, cruising to victory by .237 over the field.
Eggert & Benecken led a German sweep of the podium, with Tobais Wendl & Tobias Arlt moving up from third to second in their second run, while the team of Robin Geueke & David Gamm moved into the medals from fourth.
Innsbruck silver medalists Ludwig Rieder & Patrick Rastner finished fourth, moving up from ninth after the first heat. Americans Matt Mortensen & Jayson Terdiman finished fifth, while the Latvian team of Andris Sics & Juris Sics fell from second to sixth in their second run.
Jacob Hyrns & Anthony Espinoza finished 13th, moving up from 17th after a tough first run, while teammates Justin Krewson & Andrew Sherk finished 16th. Canadians Tristan Walker & Justin Snith finished 8th.
