(Nov. 24, 2017) German Christin Senkel dominated the European Cup women’s bobsled event in Altenberg, winning by over a full second ahead of teammate Laura Nolte.
Germany swept the podium, with Senkel finishing 1.12 seconds ahead of Nolte, and 2.13 seconds ahead of Sandra Kroll.
Lubov Chernykh of Russia finished fourth, ahead of Martina Fontanive of Switzerland.
