The team of Patrick Pigneter and Florian Clara finished the 2015/2016 FIL Naturbahn World Cup undefeated, winning the final race by almost an full second on the rest of the field. The Italians dominated the entire season, and this race was no different.
The Russian team of Pavel Porshnev and Ivan Lazrev finished second, just ahead of Austrians Christoph Regensburger and Dominik Holzknecht, who took bronze.
It was all Italy, Russia and Austria in the top six. The team of Brüggler & Angerer of Austria finished just out of the medals in fourth, with Russians Egorov & Popov fifth. Italians Folie & Gruber took sixth.
