Russia scored gold in the final event of the World Cup event on their home ice, dominating the Team Relay event. Tatiana Ivanova led the way for the Russian effort, six tenths of a second ahead of the next-fastest woman, German Natalie Geisenberger.
The team of Wendl & Arlt made it close, out-pacing everyone else in the doubles part of the event, closing the lead to within .005, but not enough to take gold.
Austria finished third, just ahead of the Americans, who finished fourth.
