From St. Moritz, SUI
Corie Mapp scored gold in St. Moritz, blowing away the competition from the historic natural track. The British slider was over .4 faster in each heat, giving him over a one second advantage ahead of Arturs Klots of Latvia.
Jason Sturm took his third bronze medal in four races for the United States, while Lonnie Bissonnette couldn’t keep up the pace he’d set earlier int he season for Canada, finishing fourth.
Alvils Brants and Steven Jacobo rounded out the top six, while Aaron Lanningham scored a seventh place finish for the United States.
